Count everyone who will live in the apartment. Use gross income before taxes for the year. These are 2- and 3-bedroom homes, so the chart stops at six people.
HUD FY 2026 MTSP for Pierce County (Minneapolis–St. Paul–Bloomington metro), effective May 1, 2026. Credit, background, student rules, household size versus bedrooms, and other program rules can still keep a household from qualifying even when income fits.
